I have been unsure getting a place to stay like Condotel or like bed&breakfast, its my first time ever and it proves that i will never stays at condotel… This place is the WORST, the AC is like an engine of a truck running, u will never get sleep, we shut it off and sacrifice the heat of the room. Staying at Luneta park is better off… STAY AWAY from this property.

A quick stopover between airplane flights.

The place is very convenient to the airport. The owners agent was extremely helpful, and went out of her way to accommodate my needs. Thumbs up for a good place to stay.

The apartment is spacious enough for a family of 4 and adequate for an overnight rest as it is walking distance from the International Airport. It is near and clean, however there was a problem with a few tiny cockroaches crawling all over floor which the owner sprayed. Also there was no hot water for the shower.

We arrived at this hotel late at night, and had to wait 45minutes for someone to show up with our roomkey. Noone could give us an answer. The room was ok. Old, an different bedlinnen on all beds. Just a thin fabric to cover you when sleeping. Aircondition made a lot of noise. The fridge was not turned on, no towels and no handsoape.

When I came, i saw 3 cockroaches on the floor running around! So i told the person who accompanied us to have some bugs spray and clean up the room while we went out to eat dinner. I tried to call the number and spoke to the lady on the other end, she even seemd not to believe me. I also informed the guy in the counter. Later someone called me over dinner that they changed my room, much better compared to the first one.

Air conditioner was very loud. Walking to and from the airport may be difficult if you have young children as you’d have to walk on the roadside in some sections and at the other side there are ongoing construction works.

Very poor experience. First of all, the address of the property is not accurate on maps, took me 30 mins to walk around and find it. Secondly, the reservation didn't have the apartment number, so the security guy didn't have info to let me in. Took another hour for someone to come and sort things out. Horrible!

Nous avons séjournez une seule nuit dans cet hôtel. Nous avons eu des difficultés pour le trouver puis ensuite l'hôtel possède plusieurs bâtiments. Nous avons eu une première chambre mais nous avons rencontré un problème d'insecte nous l'avons signalé à l'accueil et nous avons été changé d'hôtel. La responsable a rapidement trouvé une solution et nous avons passé une bonne nuit.

19時ころに着いたが、フロントの人間はいるが、部屋の鍵を持った人間が出かけているという事で、30分以上待たされる。特に謝罪は無し。 家族4人づれで２つのベットを予約していたが、1つのベットの部屋に案内される。クレームをつけるとようやく2つのベッドの部屋に変える。通された部屋も非常に香料の匂いがきつくて小学生の子供の気分が悪くなるほど。 部屋の周りは交通量が多く、車のクラクションの音がうるさい。
