It was honestly a great place to stay. The location is very central, close to the ocean, and the staff were extremely friendly throughout my visit. The food served was also excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The overall atmosphere was fantastic. I would especially like to thank Ryan, Gavin, and the valet, who was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable bed. It was a lovely place, nice outdoor areas and it is in a very walkable area, for restaurants and to the beach - Ocean Ave. Their daily fresh homemade cookies and ice cold water station was a bonus. This hotel is a gorgeous gem within walking distance of the Santa Monica pier. I felt a peaceful presence from the moment I walked in and was quickly greeted by the hotel front desk gentleman. He took my luggage and walked it up the stairs before checking me into my room. He also generously upgraded my room because it was my first visit to the property. First class service all around. I cannot wait to return.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Unfortunately we booked a king size room and were placed in a queen room. Front desk obliged and moved us. Tiny shower with a plastic shower curtain didn’t match the vibe of the elaborate hotel. Be prepared to pay $65 for valet parking. There is zero street parking anywhere in Malibu without a permit. Valet Parking seems a little steep on top of your room rate.
