Horrible check in. They wouldn’t let me check in without my husband even though I had the confirmation email and showed them everything in the app where I’d booked it. Front desk staff just kept saying no and wouldn’t help me figure out what to do at all. Just wanted me to move aside so he could help other people. Finally a manager got involved. Wasn’t compensated at all. Bunch of dirty glasses all around the pool area.

We booked a non-smoking room but found cigarette butts inside and a strong smoke smell when we arrived. The shower wasn’t clean — there was visible sand and dirt in the tub. The manager apologized and offered us a $100 credit off the room, but at checkout we were told it was actually a food and beverage credit, which was never mentioned beforehand. Staff weren’t very helpful with basic concierge requests. The pool is very small — more like a hot tub size cold plunge. Overall, the hotel feels cramped with low ceilings and small rooms. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match what we expected for the price. The “restaurant“ on property is understaffed and overpriced, after waiting two days for more than 10 minutes without being greeted. We were not able to try the food.
