The hotel as such was perfect, the rooms have a personal touch, it feels like a high class living room I had room 229 and there was unfortunately quite some noise from the floor above the whole night - during whole my stay. Also, I had to go ask a cleaning lady at the corridor to stop vacuum cleaning after midnight But beside that minor point, I had a great time and would love to come back with ly family

Loved the beach view and being right next to the beach. Lots of extras that come with the room but we didn’t get to enjoy all of them. The rooms were well lit breezy and clean. This is my second stay here and I would come back if ever in Santa Monica again.

The room was small with stained carpets and extremely noisy - despite twice complaining about guests upstairs jumping on the ceiling at night no action was taken. And despite providing written feedback to the manager on departure I received no response. For this experience, the hotel is very over-priced.
