Room was more like an annex. When asked to switch rooms to the main house the “ concierge “ said because we booked through Expedia they could make no changes and further this individual proceeded to say we were terrible people and he wasn’t going to talk to us. Disappointing

Hotel is located in a very quiet area of Santa Monica with limited dinner options unless you have a car/ Uber ready. Walking distance to the beach, the Inn is an 100+ old remodeled home with very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. Sadly, the second day of our stay they had a plumbing issue and we had no water to take a shower. We had an event to go and the whole ordeal was a huge inconvenience and delayed to our plans. I will have given it 5 stars if they had notified us about the water issue early so, we could have showered early.

We absolutely loved our stay. Such an incredibly quaint and charming place. We adored the charming b&b. We looked forward to our morning breakfast. It seemed a lot of love and care went into making it and we felt it. The staff was amazingly friendly. With a doubt, we will be back for a longer stay. We were actually sad to leave the property that shows what kind of impression it left on us.

Perfect. Home from home. Hotel is beautifully furnished, our room was fabulous with a huge bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was lovely. Free cheese, biscuits and wine every afternoon. Home made cookies absolutely delicious. Walking distance from Santa Monica beach - miles of open sand with pacific rollers to play in. Free parking on site. Can’t praise it highly enough.

I guess an employee didn't show on the first morning there so I didn't get breakfast an the room was very expensive and people raved about the breakfast. I had to go out for coffee and breakfast! I think a room credit is due here. All else was fantastic but this was disappointing to say the least. For a bed and "breakfast"

This place is an absolute delight. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. The interior is really nicely done and the staff are absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was a real treat. 10/10 would stay here again or in one of their other properties.
