The hotel was nice enough. The room was clean and lots of items in case you left things at home. I wasn't happy to see the $300 additional charges to our bill. Aside from the valet, I would assume the other charges would have been included in the hotel rate I paid through Expedia. So, after tallying it all up, my initial hotel choice would have been better than this because I would have saved hundreds of dollars. Other than that, the hotel has a great location. It is in walking distance to the Santa Monica Pier, restaurants and the beach. We were in town for a weekend long event. We rode scooters down to Venice Beach and that was fun for the family.

Loved everything about this hotel. We had a beach view wow sunsets are beautiful. Beds were super comfortable and the shower was the best we have had at any hotel. Everyone was so helpful and polite. We had a wonderful stay. Hotel is close to restaurants and across the street from the Santa Monica Pier.

Amazing, personable, efficient staff, from the front desk, valet and housekeeping! Very clean and well kept. Love that they have bikes for you to use. My husband and I took two and biked up the coast both directions. It’s a great location and you can walk pretty much everywhere in town. We truly enjoyed our 3 night stay! Thank you OceanView!
