The staff was amazing. The room was clean however I had to run the water for 10 minutes for it to get hot. Wi-Fi is super weak. Never had more than one bar. Order food there were no regular chips in the little restaurant or in the store. If these things would not have occurred, I would’ve been able to give five stars.

It was not a good experience at due to the fact that they down graded my room. And I have not received a reimbursement for it… I was planning to have a wonderful time but a coffee and a sandwich and maybe a percentage reimbursement is an insult to me… but that is all they offered. You would think they could do better…

Room was spacious, however, it’s located near a train station so all I heard was the train “ding dong, train, blah blah blah out of service” in the very early morning hours. There’s only valet parking available which is about $70 a day, I must’ve missed that in the small print. I needed to add a night to my stay and this hotel was sold out, so I stood at a local Gateway hotel, which was clean and comparable. That room was at a much lower rate with free *parking*, better water, pressure and a better working refrigerator.
