The ac/heat unit did not work my entire stay and that TV had problems most days. Staff interactions were 50/50, sometimes pleasant, other times unhelpful. I will shout-out the housekeeping dept, the bellmen and that curly haired woman at the front desk. They were always lovely, helpful and kind.

The staff was good and everything but my room wasn’t ready by the time I made it for check in, and I got a lower grade room and after I got offered to get waiver all the days for valet, they gave me the downgrade and said I had to pay 2 instead
