I was told my parking was going to be $45 and it was $55. The parking price is absolutely ridiculous too. Having to pay everywhere around LA already you shouldn’t be taken to the cleaners from a hotel too!

A sticker on the mirror in the bathroom states that room are cleaned every other day. They are not. You have to request the cleaning but if you’re in a rush in the morning and there is a line at the desk your room is not getting cleaned. It was cleaned once over a five-night stay. WhenI went to ask for Keith coffee pods, i was given two pods - no cup or condiments….. Lots of apologies from the staff.
They don’t clean every other day.

I got to LAX and could not find the shuttle van pick up spot. I tried to call the hotel. I was put on hold and after 14 minutes, the call disconnected. Finally I just had to get my own ride, and pay $40 for it, since there was no way to contact the hotel for shuttle information and to request a pickup. Once at the hotel, I went to the restaurant. I was ravenous! Too bad the service was quite slow. The waitress was sweet.
