The hotel is very upscale feeling, but the price is not. I don't like the parking garage. The support pillars with larger cars make parking very tight.

Not much help in getting the hotel transport. It necessitated a second call to talk to a real person. Very clean room. Bed was firm but soft and not noisy. Excellent appointments. Our room (632) was next to a somewhat noisy elevator. Perfect other than that. Breakfast staff very helpful. Normal checkout at noon. Perfect.

This hotel stay was abysmal. Fridge, shades, and bathroom door were broken, beds were uncomfortable, and the hotel turned off our cards in the early AM before we checked in. I have stayed at a few Hilton Garden Inn locations (mostly in San Diego), as I am a Hilton Gold Member, and this was borderline awful. The only thing I can recommend is to NOT STAY HERE. EVER.

Handicap room and service wasn't what was expected

For the 4 night's of our stay not once did housekeeping come to service our room. Our trash can were full to the brim and we had to call the front desk because we ran out of toilet paper. Also, some of the larger so called handicap rooms don't have grab bars in the step in shower and the hotel had to borrow a shower chair from Holiday Inn next door because they didn't have any.
