I really want a full refund. We weren’t able to sleep. Our room was next to the Main Street and it was super noisy!!! Even worse you could hear people walking, talking and being loud all night. We checked in at 8 pm and we literally booked tgis room to rest for a few hours and check out the next morning. Resting was the only thing we weren’t able to achieve. Please advise how could I request to get my money back.

The staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs. The location of the hotel was convenient for our situation but the area nearby is dirty and we encountered homeless people sleeping and sitting on the sidewalks very close to the hotel.
