Property is close to airport And all the staff were welcoming Room was VERY noisy Planes taking off are heard easily Air con vents are LOUD and you can tell this building may have been renovated but the bones are old (light switches tap fittings ect) Bed was too hard personally But breakfast was great Parking price was outrageous at $60u.s a night

The hotel itself is pretty worn and I didn’t feel that clean sleeping in the bed to be honest. The staff was helpful and no other issues, just a bit on the grimy side.

The property is close to airport and has a free shuttle bus to the airport which is great. The only thing that is disappointing is that it is extremely noisy due to the road traffic and the construction going on around the area.

The lobby/ dining area was beautiful. The staff was courteous and professional. I would have given this stay a 5 star if the property would have been well maintained from a maintenance perspective. There was black mold in the corner of the tub and also around the faucet. The desk chair had a big piece missing in the corner of the back rest. The wall paper was peeling in several spots in our suite. The robot delivery was very cool.

The first room we stayed in had a terrible smell, so we asked for another room. It was a bit better, but the room was old and everything in it was damaged or not working. The sheets felt like sandpaper, and the pull-out couch sank to the middle. This hotel is not worth a 3.9 out of 5 rating. I would rate it a 2.1 at best! The little market where you can buy drinks and other things is a total rip off. Everything is seven times overpriced, and the first desk doesn’t accept cash. The whole experience was horrible. I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

I recently stayed at Quality Inn & Suites Los Angeles and was impressed from start to finish. The concierge greeted me with warmth and efficiency, guiding me through a quick, smooth check-in and offering helpful local tips. Later, the hotel manager personally welcomed me, checking in to make sure my needs would be met and that I felt well cared for during my stay. The room service team was outstanding—polite, prompt, and thoughtful with every interaction. My room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom clean with solid water pressure. Housekeeping kept everything fresh without interrupting my day, and the common areas were well maintained. Breakfast offered a solid selection to start the day, and the wifi was reliable for work. Overall, the staff—from the concierge to the manager to room service—made me feel valued and well looked after. I’d gladly return and would highly recommend this property to travelers visiting Los Angeles.

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. This was the most disappointing trip and I don’t think we will be back. We had a hold on our deposit twixe even although we paid upfront, then we had another $7.40 charged to us which they couldn’t explain. We were told breakfast was until 10am only to find out it finished at 9am. The complimentary shuttle bus is great and we appreciate that however, the driver was reckless and angry because he called out delta 1 and we said we are Delta 2 then his last call was united. We and another family were left on the bus because he wasn’t clear enough. We won’t be back
