Overall the hotel was great, very convenient location to the airport, spacious room, good hot breakfast. We picked this hotel because of the indoor pool but the water was pretty dirty for that and even worse in the hot tub. I was asked if we were parking, which we were and accessed the parking garage with no problems. We left and came back access was denied and was told I didn’t have parking included in my stay which was additional $50. Front desk didn’t seem to care I was already in the parking garage, just wanted me to pay.

Property was so conveniently close to the airport and had shuttles running often. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was so easy to work with. The hotel is older and more run down than other Embassy suites we have stayed at. The bathtub drain was falling apart when we arrived and the caulk was flaking out of the bathroom counter. The pool was super murky and the hot tub hadn’t been serviced in a while. The pool deck was also littered with hair and trash.
