Had a good experience here. Please note, this is not a conventional hotel. It is a no contact Air BnB style place with private rooms and common areas. The room had a private bathroom and a lock, but the kitchen and living room were common areas. To get the entry codes I had to send a photo of my ID to the staff, which was tricky because there is no way to do that in the Hotels.com app. Once checked in I was very satisfied with the accommodations and the neighborhood. I used street parking rather than the pay parking. There are a couple of convenience stores nearby that are open late.

Clean room, parking was horrible. Host entered the room without knocking or asking for permission on my first night stay to place ant traps

We never stayed. There was absolutely no parking available and there was no direct communication, it was only via text messaging. They gave us the code to enter but it did not work. If we even stayed there we would have to to park my car away from the area.

Was promised a room with a patio door but this did not happen upon arrival which was disappointing. The room was very clean and all the laundry smelt lovely however the bottom of the shower filled up with water and did not drain properly. Unfortunately the upstairs guests were very noisy and kept going outside to smoke weed so it drifted into the apartment block. Fion did move us to another room which was again very clean, quieter and more spacious. We had the same problem with the shower draining. The area isn’t the best however it was a great location for LA tourist spots and for the price it was amazing value. Fion was extremely responsive in her correspondence and overall I would recommend.

Lamentablemente no tuve la mejor experiencia. Me infestaron hormigas, no me cambiaron la habitación, solo fueron a “limpiar” pero me dejaron todas las hormigas muertas ahí. Una falta de respeto completamente. Le comenté a la host que había un huésped que hacía ruido a las 5 de la mañana y le valió, no me respondió. La host, se tardaba en responderme. No volvería.

The host is very friendly and able to respond immediately, but the living room is shared and it is a room sharing, so it is very important that your neighbors who are staying with you.
