Staff didn’t give us all the check-in info we needed so we kinda figured it along the way. Didn’t like that we had to pay for parking ($19/day), pool looked sad, seems like there was construction going on in our room because we noticed someone change the painter’s tape in our room when we got back. Breakfast was your average breakfast, kind staff there. Overall no complaints besides the staff coming into our room to do whatever they did although we had a “do not disturb” sign up & weren’t told beforehand that they were fixing whatever they needed in our room (changed painter’s tape).

I would have given 5 stars but the door to the bathroom was usually sticky to the touch (not the door knob but the wall) and the activity of the cleaning staff would wake us up due to their loud radios and the fact that they kept their carts right outside our door because our door faced the elevator. Otherwise than these two items, the stay was good. Parking was good and so was their breakfast options.

Sufficient for what we needed but quitks
The overall stay was good. We had noisy neighbors upstairs but expected that when you are in a middle floor. Minor but funny that they did actually provide the number of towels per the booking. Last four or five, always was short. Finally, biggest disappointment was parking having to be double parked and no laundry facilities even though the hotels.com website still says it does. The parking also cost money which I did not realize at time of booking. The guy in front of me thought the same thing as he complained to the front desk. Upon reviewing the website it says parking available but maybe should say paid parking available. I also rented a car, leaving the keys at the front desk was not an option as no one else can drive the car except me. Front desk helped with it though, giving me other options. In the end the staff was friendly and it did what we needed.
