Was a decent stay, front desk staff was very polite. Don’t bother bringing your kids, everyone complains. I only had my son, myself and boyfriend and they were complaining about us walking around our room from downstairs at 9pm and we were walking down to our car at 7pm and people were shushing us. No one ever stopped by to clean our room and gave us fresh towels even though we request and put the “Needed service” sign outside the door.

This is a decent hotel, very neat and clean. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Not very fancy but meet basic expectation. Hotel is located in a safe neighbourhood. There is parking available by the street, easy to park from 8pm to 9am, there is a limit of one hour parking out of this range. Also, parking at the hotel parking costs $25. Grocery is at footsteps.

My family and I enjoyed the stay. We were only there for 2 days. The beds were comfortable microwaves and refrigerator available in the room. They do charge parking $25 a day. Very close to universal studios. 😁

The hotel was so much better than I expected. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it. The one drawback was some homeless in the area but you find that everywhere. There was a Whole foods across the street and a restaurant across the street.

It was uncomfortable, from start to finish. It felt more like a dormitory than a hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and there was entirely too much noise, despite their “quiet hours”.

We booked at Hotel Mariposa for a weekend getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay here. We were able to check in early with no issues. Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted by a kind front desk worker. Given the travel time, I was already very tired and just wanted to check in quickly, which he made very easy and smooth. Without me asking, he even kindly booked me a room that was away from the freeway to avoid problems with noise. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area near lots of stores, such as Whole Foods and Erewhon. Our room was very nice and clean and the staff was very accommodating. There’s a parking garage right below the hotel and it was nice because the elevator leads directly into your floor without having to walk into the lobby. We spent most of our time in the Burbank area and the hotel was conveniently about 10-15 minutes away from all our destinations. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a budget-friendly but really nice hotel near many LA landmarks :)
