We had to switch rooms three times because of sinks backing up with dirty black water. The room above us was very noisy and we could hear them walking or jumping until midnight. The parking garage is very dark and sketchy. Other than that, the room we ended up in was clean and the staff was very nice.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I loved how clean it was! All of the facilities looked very well taken care of. This location is right off the freeway and only a few miles from universal studios!! We will for sure stay here again when visiting LA.

The staff was the best I’ve encountered even in luxury resorts; the rooms were spotlessly clean; even though they have no restaurant Hugo’s across the street is a neighborhood find and the breakfast pastries in the morning were freshly baked. I highly recommend!
