Nice staff, kind of shabby rooms (e.g. peeling wallpaper, bad caulking around the bathtub) but they're trying and the rooms are slowly being renovated (the old carpeting is getting removed and vinyl flooring is going in) but I keep coming back due the price and location. The main floor rooms are a bit of a drag since you can't open your curtain without having people look in, so keep that in mind. Free coffee and snack in the morning is a nice touch. Oh, and the tv had some weird lcd burn marks all over it in both rooms I stayed in, so be forewarned, this is not a three star hotel, more like a two but, like I said, I keep coming back! Oh, and the parking fee went up to $10/day, which is silly but you can park on nearby streets for free if you wanna save a few bucks. This place is not for the super fussy but the linens and bedding are ok so...I keep coming back!
