choose a different place at a similar price.

We went as a family, and the overall experience was awful. They never came to clean the rooms, and when we asked why, they said, “You never requested it!” I explained that daily room cleaning should be part of the service, but they didn’t seem to care. They ignored the request. I also asked about the EV charging station, but they gave me no information, as if it wasn’t even part of the hotel. Next time, I’ll choose a different place at a similar price.

The rooms were great. The only issue we had were with the booking. The male night shift receptionist on July 25th handled the situation very poorly and it made us really consider returning here again on our next trip.
