We had a very nice experience. The room were really clean. The hotels in a nice area it’s completely remodeled. We had a great experience.

Beds were horrible sunk in the middle.bathroom was small. No hot water at all. No hot water the night of check in and no hot water the next morning. Had to take cold showers. Weather was cold both days and tried to take a shower to warm up but that was a failure. Would not stay there again.

The phone was broken there was a whole in the wall where it should have been plugged in. I told the front desk but they had no answer to resolve it nor was it resolved. They could have offered a different room or an explanation
