The lobby was really pretty and the room was updated. The rest of the exterior of the building is really shabby and there was a homeless person living in the parking lot, albeit she was very nice. I understand that improvements are very expensive and they take time but it was quite noticeable that the building needed some love. The to go breakfast provided in the lobby was very nice.

I stayed for two nights. Staff was a bit gruff at first, but softened. It was a busy trip and I only slept there. I had no issues with the air conditioning. Slept well.
