I was surprised by the taxes and fees taxed on at the end of the stay at checkout. I paid for the trip months ahead and was not prepared for the extra fees at the end. Also i was a little upset about parking at the hotel. You had to use valet because there was no street parking in a three block radius. This added another $350 to the total. I would have much rather parked myself if given the option.

Please eliminate the hidden fees you impose after the reservation is completed. Best to expose your fees ahead of time. I made my reservation via my account with Hotels.com and I was given a total price which I prepaid. Afterward, there were imposed parking and other city related fees.
