If I could give this hotel no stars I would.
3 weeks of weed, weed, weed EVERYWHERE from the entrance, to the lobby, in the elevators to the hallways, and coming from the rooms into our room constantly. Several upon several complaints were made with no one doing anything. We ended up paying for/ staying at another Hilton owned hotel for a week to just get a break from the classless experience we were receiving, smelling and experiencing at this one. One of the two beds springs were broken inside the room, so it was the most uncomfortable bed, the microwave plate didn't even fit & work in the microwave, the pillows were awful and valet often smelled like weed themselves. Like the front desk, they very rarely greeted or asked if there was anything they could help with. Often we came into the hotel at night to hear rap music blasting in the lounge & guests sneaking off to a corner away from the front desk to smoke weed. The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is about housekeeping and breakfast service, the people working in those 2 departments were solid, they hustled and were clean & kind. Everyone else at the hotel especially the front desk, valet, and security left a lot to be desired. Looks wise- it's clean & new ... but the constant stench of weed, the front desk employees "could care less" attitude and lack of valet professionalism, along with many of the guests this place attracts turns this hotel into a low level motel.
