Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean altho they were still cleaning it when we arrived after 4pm. Dumpsters outside our room were overflowing with construction materials. It’s. very convenient to the market and restaurants as well as the freeway. On the TV there was an annoying pop up in the corner of the screen that never went away.

There was no cabin. It is a motel. I had a problem with the car rental. I spent 2 hours looking for Executive by right Cars Itinerary 73209283061055 ZezGo Economy Confirmation #ZE134439BA tel 424-239-5099 is a prerecorded message that I have reached Lyft and it is not a monitored number? This was sold to me as a package. I asked 8 economy parking bus drivers where this car to could be picked up and none had heard of ZezGo Economy. I expect a refund from you for the car portion You did not break down the pricing from the motel and car. Your total charge was $290.53 plus $21.80 tax total $312.33. Please confirm the refund amount. I tried to reach someone at travelocity to get help locating or canceling a nonexisting company but only reached your AI. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company.Thank you.

This hotel was very quite very clean. The pool looked super clean too bad we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. The room was very clean. The only thing is that they didn’t hand soap, shampoo and conditioner it only had body wash on both shower dispensers. Easy to check in and out. Location was perfect it had some food and shopping around the area.

Handicap Room

Had requested a room downstairs my husband can’t climb stairs, he walks w/a cane slowly. Room was downstairs w/only a refrigerator in it! There was NO closet to hang our clothes, not enough towels! Large room w/a bed, small kitchen table w/2 chairs & 2 small nightstands w/no drawers! No pictures on the walls just plain gray walls! Was told it’s a handicap room! Never again!!

A basic hotel undergoing refurbishment. Limited and small parking spaces. Coffee only (powdered creamer) in morning. Lot of highway noise from The 101. Ask for inside room facing courtyard, less road noise. Overall, OK and good value for the area.

We left and decided to book somewhere else despite having booked though Expedia. My boyfriend and I felt profiled by the front desk agent. We made a reservation as we normally do there when we visit family members. I had made the reservation through Expedia using my card ans paid in fill. When my boyfriend arrived to check in, the front desk agent asked for the credit card. I showed her and then she charged me $282. I was a bit confused as I mentioned I already had paid but she said the room was not paid for, it was just to gyarantee the stay. When we got our room, I checked my bank account and noticed I had the $105 charge and the $282 charge. I went back and asked why was I charged almost $400. She insisted I had made a 3 night stay. I showed her my receipt and itinerary that I got in my email. She still couldnt give me an explanation. She said she would just refund me back. I got the receipt and went to eat. I saw the reversal in my bank. Hours later I saw another charge of $282. I was very upset and didn’t want to go back to her. She seemed to discriminate us. We left to another hotel and I called my bank. The bank stated they tried to make another charge. Ridiculous.
