Paying an extra $15 for parking is ridiculous. Several things in our room were broken, they sent someone to fix things - and he did fix things - but then didn’t clean up the mess.

The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable if you like a soft bed. The staff were very courteous. The problem was that there was dog on our floor that was barking constantly for about an hour with nothing to be done about it in the evening. Followed by a room full of guests, talking loudly until 2 AM. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and this isn’t happen before but with two loud occurrences in one night I just would caution people to know about the possibilities.

We only booked our stay for one night haven't really settled in yet because we went out to eat but I was very very impressed so far with the quality of the rooms the bathroom and the beds definitely will be returning

I checked in with the staff arguing with a guest. After that they asked me what type of room as they had a lot available and I asked for the most quiet. They proceeded to put me on the 3rd floor where they were doing construction and running fans all night in the two rooms across the hall. I then asked for a late checkout as I didn’t get much sleep and they said no. Nice area but disappointing hospitality and professionalism.
