This is a really nice stay. I have to admit that I was very concerned initially because of a bunch of negative reviews I even tried to cancel but I'm glad I didn't. Upon entering the hotel I was greeted by the lady at the counter. Check in was smooth even though she seemed "not so happy." It was late so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and she checked me in with no issues and was pleasant and helpful. As I walk to my room I am being mindful of the hotel. It's clean and quiet. The decor (lamps) did have spider webs but the floors/walls were clean. I made my way to into my room and it's clean but seems like it was cleaned in a rush. The cushions on the couch were kinda thrown about. The clean towels were left at the foot of the shower. The shower doesn't have a door to close just standing glass so water gets everywhere. While showering I dropped my bar of soap and there were pubes on it when it picked it up. I ended up going to bed and WOW! The bed and pillows were amazing! Very comfortable!! The pillows were super soft and you just sink into them. This made up for everything else. One MAJOR complain is the parking. You have to pay $15 a night. The stalls are super tight and limited. I was charged $100 for "incidental" which the $15 (x2) was charged to. The rest was refunded in a few days. Would I return? For a work stay, yes. Overall it's a good stay but housekeeping needs a raise or something to motivate them to do better. The comfortable bed would make me return
