As soon as I got in the room, the heater was sauna like hot. It took almost an hour for an AC tech to arrive. After it was worked on, the tech reassured me that it was fixed and that I should wait 15 minutes for the temperature to drop. It never did drop but it was not as hot as it was and the room remained warm my entire stay. The front desk female clerk who I spoke with was nice enough to comp my parking but It was uncomfortable in the beginning. Since I called early on just right after check-in, I was hoping they could’ve offered me another room with a working AC unit to avoid the hassle of waiting for a tech to arrive to my room.

Most of the staff was nice but the older man that checked me in should not be in the hospitality industry. Also, some of the rooms are on top of the freeway and some others have construction going on the outside.
