The location is beautiful and very serene but the rooms are very run down and out of touch decor. This is my 2nd stay and again the fireplace did not work.staff is always pleasant and check in is a breeze

We were shown three room. First room that was booked had water damage/ wet floor. Mattress not fit bed. Cob webs broken furniture. Second room the mold smell so bad did not enter. Third room broken slats on windows head board detached hair on pillow. Bathroom had small roaches. Chipped sink and stains on walls. We left property it was 9pm when we arrived after long day and this property a nightmare. Clerk was kind and tried but rooms not fit to stay in. And now cannot contact property or you for refund. This not good.

Location is superb. Within walking distance to Point Dume and Zuma beach. Close to restaurants, stores and hiking trails. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious but a little dated especially the cabinets. Toiletries provided are subpar, better to bring your own or buy. Rooms are sound proofed. Plenty of parking but can be challenging to get in and out of.
