The hotel is beautiful and offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. There’s a great deli within walking distance, but most other shops and restaurants are a bit farther out. If you're visiting from out of town, a rental car or ride share is definitely recommended.

Check-in available from 3pm. We checked in at 5:20pm and our room was still not ready. Waited 10-15 more minutes. The condition of the mattress is poor, sagged. The comforter is so so overly used that the wools or whatever material that's in it are gone. So you will basically be sleeping with three layers of sheets. Had to ask for blankets and turn the ac off. I appreciate the staffs tho. They did what they could to help.

California Hotel at it's best!

I love this hotel. California Hacienda feel, pool, great restaurant in Harvest which serves super healthy food. We enjoyed the service Hector provided he was delightful. I stay here at least 4X per year.

Can’t believe that you don’t offer a continental breakfast. And we were charged for parking our car in the parking lot! Good grief! I’ll never stay at a Hyatt again.
