The location of this hotel is surrounded by urine soaked sidewalks, filth, and a few dead rats along the way; including one at the entrance. Combined with the complete lack of staff on-site, are reasons I will not return. Shame on the city of Los Angeles for the disgusting environment and shame on STILE by Kasa for offering no human interaction.

This hotel is located in Historic Downtown, an area going through gentrification and there a real mix of old vacant derelict buildings, new buildings and restored buildings. Lots of graffiti everywhere.Our room felt like it was made by putting up walls in an old office building. Carpets were old and stained, windows are original. Beds were comfy. Common areas are ready for a refresh.

The hotel room was absolutely amazing. One of my favorite stays based on the hotel room only but there was only one elevator working so it took awhile to get up and down. The parking was not bad but I feel like we should be able to get a discount for staying at the hotel.
