Staff were not knowledgeable, helpful or even friendly. Totally useless good at gossip. Also, wanted to stay an extra night as I couldn’t be bothered to look for another place and they wanted to double the fee. I left and found hotel much cheaper, better, larger and the staff were great. The rooms at Z could not even fit a large suitcase. Paying $250 was dumb!
