All plumbing is in bad condition. Took two flushes to clear the toilet. Not hot water in the shower for two of three days we stayed and maintenance did not fix it after being reported. Front desk was great at trying to accommodate needs, but they can't control other departments that let the experience go sideways. The location is also near several trendy nightlife spots for the Lebanese population and their embassy, so it is not quiet at night.

The kitchen was equipped for limited cooking. There was an oven/microwave combo but the microwave was difficult to use. We were able to heat up food but we certainly couldn’t cook a meal . The room was clean . Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the neighborhood and easy access to Green Park tube and buses .

The staff here is unbelievable. I've never encountered service so good as both of the front desk agents and the cleaner--everyone was on my team and so helpful in my jet lagged state. Will be staying here again any chance I get--plus the rooms are huge and the building as a whole is so charming

I had a lovely visit. The apartments are huge with living, small kitchen, bedroom and bath, each room sizeable (well, the kitchen is a step-saver, but plenty of space). Front desk, both staff members were cordial, kind, and efficient. Everything is close by with a grocery on the next block, 20 mid-level eats 1/2 block away and high-end same block. Walk to Fortnum, the Palace, etc.. Parking 2 blocks away and in an inexpensive underground on Chesterfield. Top Notch and cant wait to stay here again

Location was good for our needs. Property is quite run down. Insisted I use an App and then the App didn't work, confusing timings from text messages and the App about being able to check in. No air conditioning is a big issue for a property in this price point.

A lovely building with gorgeous and spacious apartments. 2-3 minutes walk away from St. James Park and Hyde Park. Lots of cafes along the same street the building is on and a Tesco’s store virtually a few doors down on the corner and open early and stays open very late. A fantastic and classy place, lovely and helpful staff on the front desk. The bed and bathroom is great. We highly recommend this place!

These rooms are wonderful. Its like a home from home. Very competitively priced too. Reception staff are welcoming and efficient. We stay in this part of London (Mayfair) quite a bit, and hotel rooms are expensive and often small, which isnt relaxing. These rooms are like being in your own apartment. A large lounge with wall TV, sofa, table & chairs; bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. There's a king-size bed with Egyptian Cotton linen; fluffy white towels; a full array of teas, coffees & fresh milk in the fridge. Yes, due to the age of the building, there is a tiny lift with a metal gate closure, which is really quaint. Other guests have complained about it being tiny and impractical, but it is in perfect working order, and represents the age & character of the building. Definitely better than walking the stairs up 5 floors! The decor in the bedroom is a little dated, but the other positives more than make up for it. Very clean, spacious and homely. Loved it and would book again.
