Perfect Hotel in a great location

Check in was quick and the desk agent was wonderful. The room was bigger than expected and comfortable. The room was clean and did not smell. This location is down a quiet street behind the National Gallery. Very quick walk to Picadilly Circus Underground. Took us 1hr on the underground from Heathrow. I will stay here again the next time we visit London Center.

The staff were lovely and attentive. The hotel was fine and whilst not luxury there was nothing wrong with it, clean had what we needed, reasonable breakfast but the location was fantastic and ideal. Would definitely stay there again. We don’t go away to stay in the hotel anyway.

Ok. Comfortable enough. Good location

Ok. Comfortable enough. Toilet didn’t flush properly if at all. Room was very hot when we arrived and had to ask reception to help us with the air cooling. Phoned for room service only to be told the kitchen was shut. Times on menu need to be rectified.
