We had an issue with our shower - it didn’t drain properly, so much so that my daughter & I had to shut the water off mid-shower to wait for it to drain so it didn’t overflow into the bathroom. We reported to front desk the first evening (we asked to move rooms & they said no, they were fully booked), and every subsequent day of our stay, and it was never addressed. They kept saying maintenance would fix, but it never happened. When I asked the manager if there was any way for them to make it right, as a working shower seems like a reasonable expectation for a hotel room (like comp breakfast?), he said he’d look into it, but in the end there was nothing. Really, it just left us feeling not well taken care of. That’s not the kind of experience / customer service I’d expect from a nice hotel.

Air conditioner was not working. They took a long time to fix andI had to ask for a fan. Water was turned off at the hotel and ee had to go to another hotel to shower. Very inconvenient. I was offered a partial refund but have not heard from the hotel. Disappointing

Great room $& location. Sloppy management.

Terrible staff & management , Great rooms & location The staff really let you down here and that’s a shame. From night staff who who’s default answer was to speak with the morning shift to housekeepers neglecting to restock soaps that were empty upon arrrival, even putting the empty bottle in the sink didn’t get it refilled. Other things body fluids on the chair and carpets. Again things the staff should fix.

Stayed here for 4 nights, and honestly, the only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. Everything else was a letdown. Check-in set the tone. After a long flight, the receptionist (Khadijeh) told us there was no room. We waited nearly 45 minutes before she suddenly announced that the room was “ready.” Apparently, rooms appear out of thin air here, but only after you’ve been worn down by exhaustion. That night, I called to ask for water because my mother is diabetic. In most hotels, they’d bring it up and add it to your bill. Here? I was told to come downstairs and buy it myself—as if I were running errands instead of paying to be a guest. On the last day, at 3:30 am, I asked the gentleman at the desk to help us get a taxi to the airport. His response? “It’s very hard to find a taxi at this time.” And that was it—no help, no effort, no solution. Exactly what you want to hear when you’re trying to catch a flight. And if you do manage to sleep through the stress, good luck with the windows. They are nowhere near soundproof, and the street noise at night makes it feel like you’re sleeping on the sidewalk. So yes, the hotel is in a convenient location. But with unhelpful staff, poor service, and sleepless nights from traffic noise, location is the only thing you’re paying for.

Disappointing room.

Staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. The room was a bit disappointing, we were told the ac was not fully functioning (it was completely broken) but the did provide a fan. However the fan was super noisy and with out the fan the room was quite hot and the air was very still. The room bathroom was not anything like the ones in the pictures. It was old and tired looking the shower was in a very small and worn out bath tub the shower head was very small ( looked like one used to clean a bath not have a shower with) I would have struggled to wash my hair with this shower. The shower temp dial was broken too so only cold water was available. The temp dial almost came off when I tried to get water. It was a little disappointing considering the cost of the room and the fact it was supposed to be an executive suite.

This hotel was perfect! It’s in walking distance to everything you’ll need, including great restaurants, attractions, and transportation. The area is also fantastic for shopping, with so many amazing stores just steps away. Couldn’t have asked for a better location!

The location is excellent, right in the center of London, making it very easy to get around. It’s within walking distance to several tube stations, which makes it super convenient. Considering how central it is, the price was excellent and offered great value for money. A perfect choice if you’re looking for an affordable stay in a central location.
