Lovely hotel - quiet
Hotel was lovely, room was nice and in general very quiet. Only complaint is that the heating wasn't on in the room when I checked in and it wasn't until I returned to my room later in the evening I realised I didn't know how turn it on - not great on a cold winter night. Luckily I carry a hot water bottle as standard when travelling in winter.

Great charm and location
We loved the location and character of this small boutique type hotel and checkin experience was wonderful. The rooms are small but spacious enough and they have their charm. The pub below and restaurants around the blocks are great, and the convenience of St James train stop is great. Only issues were the bed was extremely hard, needs a pillow top or mattress cover. Also the doors are thin and we could hear neighbors going in/out each time.

Great spot!
Wet easy check in and check out. Nice room with street view and plenty of tea, coffee etc. great breakfast and a great pub below. Very nice location. 5 minute walk to parliament park and to st James park station.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it! The beds were comfortable rooms spacious and staff at Fullers were great. Walkable to many attractions and all different modes of transportation.
