What a beautiful apartment
Great location, short walk to the tube station
Apartment was lovely and clean, with everything you would need for longer stays (we were gutted we were only there one night)
Sofa bed was made up on our arrival
The balcony was a lovely surprise, perfect for a glass of vino at night and your cuppa in the morning
All in all a fabulous stay and we will definitely be back

They gave our room to someone else.
Terrible. They gave our room to another family, so we had to have two separate double rooms, instead of one family room. No alternative family rooms available in other hotels. In our room, the sink was blocked and shower very difficult to control. The same with the air conditioning, it didnt seem to work. In short, dont bother staying here!

Fantastic stay.
Our stay was fantastic. They accommodated an early check in and were so helpful and polite at reception. The room was amazing with fantastic balcony views. Our son loved the stay, especially being a massive fan of the tall buildings around.
Our son didn’t want to leave and we are going back again in future.
The apartments were great, well equipped and easy walking distance from the tube station

-upon arrival corridoor to apartment smelled of cannabis
- only 2 dinner plates (there were 3 of us)
- immediately took a "damage deposit" as opposed to just holding it and now have to wait for it to be returned
- apartment floor not cleaned properly, resulting in dirty feet!
- apartment was far too warm and quite stuffy during the night
- quite basic furnishing, comfy armchair would be nice.
Overall acceptable for price point but a little disappointed to have been told it would be an additional fee to have 2 twin beds as opposed to a double! General cleanliness in the apartment was good, just the floor was dirty upon our arrival.
Would stay again if needed a self catering apartment but would prefer a better one.

Good communication before and during stay. Knowledgeable staff and check in was easy. Accommodation was clean tidy, quiet and comfortable. Only thing was no TV in bedroom, but not a game changer. Easy access to the tube and easy walk to places to eat if you don't want to go into town. Overall a nice relaxing stay.
Great apartment. The cleanliness is to a high standard. The facilities are great. Spacious apartments and nicely furnished/decorated. Easy check in and check out process. Receptionists are informative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
We visited during festive time of Christmas/New Year period of 2024/2025
Overall, it is good place to stay. Goos size apartment with fully functional kitchen. Location was good with walking distance to Metro stations and Pier for Uber Boat. We found it to be safe to walk to and from Metro stations even late evening.
There are two good grocery stores and bus stops if you need to take bus.
Junt note that it is little away from London central district so account for commuting time
Reception Staff was very courteous and helpful. We interacted with Afzal I Hope I remember it correctly), and he was super helpful.
We found two minor issues, but it was not a big deal.
- Towel they gave were shredding all cotton fibers and fibers were left on our bodies after the shower and all over the room.
- Towel Warmer was not turned on. Even after we were told servicing technician will turn it on, no one came to turn it on.
The apartments are not clean. We had a smell in our fridge that would not go away and they didn’t do anything about it.
They don’t replace towels or give you extra towels. Wouldn’t recommend. The neighborhood is not safe and trash all over the street.
Very convenient to have a kitchen for our 4 night stay. The jubilee line directy to Tower Hill, and the Queen Elizabeth line directly to Heathrow wasvery convenient. Local mart had everything we needed.

It was a nice property. The only issue is that all the pictures you see are rooms with view and a balcony. We got the ground floor,so we heard a lot of road noise. The only real issue we had was that we ran out of toilet paper and they said we had to buy our own, which does not make sense. The other issue was not with the property but the location,you needed to take the train everywhere, we about 4 to 6 stop away from all the touristy areas.

Disappointed to be told the room was available, but would cost £30 to drop some bags in the room and leave. My daughter (5) needed the toilet and we were told there was none available.
Apartment was clean and good location.
1 bed apartment shared by 4 people for just one night. It was really clean, with the sofa bed already made up, with plenty of room. Check in was quick, walking distance to tube with shops near by. Joey on reception was very helpful. One recommendatio would be to have a bath mat as bath very slippery when showering.
Would definitely stay again.

Good apartments but issue with smoke alarm.
Properties were actually good. We booked two apartments for our family Christmas trip. One had a smoke alarm that was loudly beeping every minute. We reported when we left at 4pm. We got back at midnight and it was still occuring which we reported to the person at concierge. He really wasn't helpful and tried to tell us it was normal (it's obviously not and a sign that the battery is dead). As it was midnight we offered a compromise of unlocking the unused bedroom at which he said that was a problem as it would cost them to clean it in the morning. It might be, but it's not out problem in the slightest. The room was for our 88 year old grandmother so really poorly handled. Have to say the other staff on reception were really nice and helpful. Just a shame the issue wasn't resolved.
