Really nice hotel, modern and fresh. Busy reception even at 10 pm but three staff on, so dealt with quickly. Had to then wait 15 minutes while beds were changed from double to two singles but staff member kept me updated. Excellent clean room with comfy bed. Great choice at breakfast and staff constantly replenishing items. Finally, hotel in an excellent location for exploring the Docklands and 02 area, with a DLR station just yards away.
