This is the best place to stay in London. The staff of this amazing gem of a hotel are kind, helpful, and the nicest people. Return visit, very quiet hotel which is convenient for shopping and nearby restaurants. Room was very comfortable and all staff were attentive but not in your face. Breakfast room was very nice and service excellent (in particular from one lady whose name escapes me). Overall a lovely retreat and of course also convenient for walking in the local parks.
