Hotel is centrally based to many tube stops. Very welcoming staff in Reception. The room and bathroom were comfortable for my one night stay. Would stay here again if I needed to be staying in this part of London.

All fine for one night. The economy rooms are even smaller than you can imagine so two people working around each other is not easy. And the “double” bed is tiny. Works for a night, challenging for more

The staff were absolutely lovely. The room was in great condition but the shower was disappointing, water trickled out with no power. Hotel is in an excellent location, but a caveat to that is the noise from Shaftesbury Avenue is very loud until all hours of the night, not for light sleepers!
