Loved our second stay here. Spa was wonderful and pool was nice although a little busy due to it being half term. Reception staff were really polite, friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to return.

My overall experience of the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a beautiful fireplace in the dining area which added a touch of elegance and warmth. I will definitely return back to this hotel in the future.

We stayed at the Lensbury for two nights over the Valentine’s weekend. The room was a good size, quiet and warm. They had a good selection on the menu along with a set valentine’s menu if you wanted. The pool was lovely, especially the children’s pool as we had our 1 year old with us and he really enjoyed it. Beautiful walks along the river, would definitely stay again

Lovely for a birthday trip, lovely room and communal areas. Cost fire in the lounge. Short taxi ride into Kingston, 30min walk. Nice and reasonably priced massage, will deffo visit again 😄

The property was tatty in places (the lock was broken on the back of the building we were staying in, which made me feel uneasy as I was alone with my child). The dining options were limited, both items I tried to order were unavailable, and the food was not great quality. The in-room facilities were limited (no water, no powdered hot chocolate). It was clean and the staff were friendly and kind though, the free parking was welcome.

Lovely stay, good for Hampton Court Palace

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Deluxe twin room is huge and great if you're traveling with children. Ours seemed to have trouble with the heating so quite cold at night. Swimming pool is great and wasn't too busy. Dinner and breakfast very good.

Very outdated rooms, I was placed in the last room in the hotel and for the price the quality is low, my shower had no hot water so I had to pack my items in the middle of the night to be transferred to another room. I don’t think this hotel is good value for money.

Lovely night away with my daughter

Great experience staying first time at the Lensbury. I took my 8 year old daughter for a mummy and daughter night away and we managed to go to the swimming pool twice. Our room was upgraded and although we didn't eat at the restaurant having booked ahead as the menu changed we went out to the nearby pub The Anglers and enjoyed a fabulous meal.

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. My daughter stayed with me for a bit if the trip so I had I bigger room and a smaller room. Upon arrival, the man at the front desk was a delight!! He was so nice and fun to interact with after a long flight. The breakfast was wonderful. The drinks were wonderful. It was close to public transportation. It was the whole deal. The man with the vest is not the friendliest. But I aspire to make him smile on my next visit. :) I would definitely stay here again.

Look great outside as you pull up however only ok inside and needs refurbishment. I think they might do a lot of coach holidays or that's the feel of the place. Outside grounds look lovely.
