The room was absolutely lovely, but I felt nearly all the members of staff were not as attentive as I had hoped for (apart from a very chatty bar man), the food took over an hour for the main course and I felt it was expensive for what it was. The non alcoholic cocktails were not good at all and I noticed other tables were waiting ages for food/drinks etc. The relaxation room was very nice and overall spa facilities were lovely.

Not a luxurious stay at all. One of the reviews compared the hotel to a Travelodge and maybe that is a good comparison. The hotel needs a complete refurb & reorganisation to be a well run hotel. Would not stay again or recommend.
