To use a swimming pool after book booked for a swimming pool for 7pm after waiting for two hours to use it it was like hanging out at a leisure Centre. It was a full of kids. The room that we booked it was the room with a bath in the room we got a room with with a shower when I questioned it the reception was a bit rude so I just end up staying in the room with the shower that’s not what I’ve book for I paid for a room with the private bath inside And then this morning from early in the morning the cleaning cupboard was opposite my room so there was a banging noise all morning so I could not sleep. I stayed in room 625 right opposite the cleaning cupboard.

The best hotel

We didn't really eat or drink in the hotel as our little one wouldnt cooperate to sit in the bar area but the staff were amazing. We had the best time away and cannot wait to come back again next year.

Very clean. Great service. For Americans, it was a much nicer Courtyard by Marriott with a great breakfast. Was walking distance from GTech Stadium where Brentford plays. We saw game against Man City.
