Rooms small but adequate with good size comfortable double bed. My wife has mobility difficulties and the staff went out of their way to help when we wanted to go to dinner in the terminal Ocean restaurant and again in the morning when getting the airport assistance staff to help us get her and the luggage from hotel reception to the Virgin check-in desks.

Just somewhere to sleep

Very small room with no windows. A comfortable king size bed with one side against the wall. The person sleeping on the wall had no bedside table and had to climb over the other person in order to get out of bed or scoot to the end of the bed in order to get out. Handy being in terminal but would not book again.

We booked this hotel for a layover flight. It was convenient to stay right in the terminal for a morning flight. Direct trains to the center of London can be accessed from near the hotel in the terminal which made it easy to visit the city and return. To connect from hotel to other terminals takes maximum 15 minutes.

Reminder when traveling alone

The hotel itself was great and service was exceptional. However, I was traveling alone with my two small children and was put on the top floor and the last room of the floor. As we walked down the corridor to the very last room, the lights were off and I felt very unsafe. I will always remember to ask for a room at the beginning of the floor when traveling alone or with kids.

Super convenient hotel inside Heathrow.

Great place to stay if you have an early flight. Walking distance from the underground station and walking distance to the checking counters. Rooms are small but clean and comfy. Great value for the money. Totally worth it.
