I was shocking upon getting to the room as it didn’t even have a window! My bedroom at university was bigger than this. The convenience of location was great but it was beyond basic.

Stayed here a few times before and after flights. It could not be a more convenient. In T3 arrivals. Comfortable bed good in room amenities and a lounge with tea and coffee on the 2nd floor.

The night manager was so professional and courteous- he gave us good information about believe his name was Dikam(?) the access to the terminal for our early morning flight next day and breakfast- he even helped us to our room we were so tired and had so many bags. The room was efficient- immaculate- comfortable and noise free! Excellent stay

This was the second time I have stayed at the Aerotel London Heathrow and I do like the cleanliness, security, and very courteous staff. These rooms have just what a traveler needs, a place for a suitcase, a kettle for tea or coffee, and enough easily accessible USB outlets that there is no need to dig out anything from your luggage but charging cords. Also nice that some food, snacks and drinks are available there but a store is just a few meters away by the arrivals door so I go there for a larger selection.

Room was very expensive. Front desk put us in a room that was the farthest away from elevator despite being with my mom who is 78 and struggles with long distances and I couldn’t push her in a chair because I could navigate her and all our bags. Very small room and front desk staff didn’t tell us that you had to put the room key in a slot in the wall for the power to come on. No lights to see what I was doing which resulted in leaving mom and all bags in the hallway while I walked all the way back and down the lift. No windows made it feel very much like an interior room on a cruise ship.

My room was spotlessly clean! Staff was patient and friendly. A FREE water bottle was appreciated. Everything was perfect, small but cute and cosy. I could even go to the Marks and Spencer shop to grab my mini dinner. The bed was comfortably relaxing. Don't feel bad when a room is small. I really like this room.

So convenient for flights from T3 you literally walk out and into the terminal. Rooms are compact but well laid out, very clean and quiet. Perfect for an early morning flight. The lounge area is great if you want a bit more space tp relax before heading to bed. Will definitely use again.

The hotel could use more directional signs but I finally found it. Don't expect luxury - it is a clean, safe, efficient room inside Therminal 3. You pay for the convenience of being about a 3 minute walk to the check-in counters. There are some nice touches, like a reading lounge with complimentary coffee and nice magazines. I would stay here again if I have another forced overnight.

A solo room. Perfect for my needs. Located within terminal 3 so convenient. Comfortable clean and secure. Everything I ask for. Only disappointment was the sluggish drainage in basin and shower. Washing my hands the hand basin filled up. Showering the bathroom started to fill up. Reception did say if I had complained I would have been given an alternative room.

The room is more like a prison cell, no windows, small bathroom w/no elbow room. The rooms have no insulation. It’s easier to walk out of the airport and get a much better accommodation for the same cost.
