the hotel itself and facilities was acceptable, the front of house staff amenable but the expense incurred by back of house staff handling of confused booking for tired travellers and the unwillingness to be flexible has left us out of pocket with no course for any assistance means we will avoid using any Hilton services again, no matter how conveniently located

Our stay started with check in. The young woman was just rude. It was like we were a problem for her. Never did she crack a smile. When we checked out very early the next morning it was the same sort of treatment from a man. Was it because we booked with a third party? The restaurant service was very slow. We would order something and it would come 45 min later. Can’t believe this place has good reviews. Not coming back.
