The connection to Terminal 4 is perhaps a convenience, but directions provided by the hotel for connecting from other terminals was less than helpful. It took me over an hour to get to the hotel from Terminal 5 due to poor directions emailed to me by the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean although the property overall shows signs of wear and none of the ice machines I found were functional. The breakfast is insanely priced!

Comfortable, clean, modern, and convenient!
Room very cosy, comfortable and very clean. It was better than what I was expecting. I had an early flight from LHR T4 so stayed in the hotel the night before. I arrived at about 8pm and liked the overall look and feel of the hotel, with soft lighting everywhere, which I thought was very relaxing. Short walk from and to the terminal (10 minutes), so very convenient. I would definitely come back!

Although my checkin was short and I was provided with no information about the hotel, where the lifts were etc. they were very swift to respond regarding an issue with my room. I guess it depends on the member of staff you’re dealing with.
