Good quality room and decent size. I booked a club room which came with access to the club lounge. The lounge was a nice space with some lovely free food and drink. The staff in the club lounge were friendly and attentive.

Very good location - it is only about a five minute easy walk from Terminal 4 - so it makes for a stress free early morning flight. The breakfast buffet from 6am was excellent

It was a nice room, but various things were missing. There was no shower gel in the shower and no tissues. There was only one bathrobe.
