Oh my gosh the beds are fantastic, lovely and firm. Had the best night sleep. John in the restaurant was awesome, so attentive and made sure everything was to my liking. Definitely be staying again when im back in England.

I thought the Atrium hotel was really great, but I found the room attendants didn't speak English which was hard to communicate with them, also a lack of information regarding how to use hotel ammenaties and surrounding sights etc, but overall I enjoyed my visit and would stay again. I've worked in the industry previously and appreciate they are still fine tuning the details, well done though and thanks for a welcoming stay, I look forward to my next visit.

I could definitely tell the staff were making an effort - they were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new.. so it was clean and everything worked. Downside is that there is still construction happening.. when we arrived the ramp was unavailable to get in to the building due to works on the outside of the building, my partner had to carry our suitcases down the stairs. Ok for us, but for some this would have been an issue.

The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. No water provided in room or mini bar/snacks in room which is annoying as many guests would be arriving at odd hours or after having travelled a long way and it is inconvenient not to have this basic hotel facility. The towels were a bit threadbare and the toiletries not the best. These inexpensive improvements would give the hotel the xfactor. Regarding the staff, they were disinterested and grumpy as is the customer service in most of the UK. Wasn't appalling but it wasn't good either.

This was the worst travelling experience i have had in 30 years of travel. After 15 hours of travelling, our children (5&6) did not have bed sheets, the airconditioning did not work, nor did the TV and the shower had hair in it even though none of us had a shower. We rang reception and after being promised it would be sorted in 10 minutes, after repeated attempts to resolve nothing was done 1 hour and 45mins later. After sitting in reception for the final 15 minutes, we were moved into another room (2 hours after the initial check-in). This room, did not have airconditioning, nor did the TV work, nor did the door lock (however on the bright side, the kids had a bed with sheets). Our bed sheets had stains on them. To be fair to the Hotel, the staff seemed to be doing their best, however the lack of communication was not ok. In the morning, we asked the Hotel to speak with a Manager, however none was available. We recited our story to the lady in the morning who said they would have someone contact us (2 days ago). We asked and requested the hotel to resolve the issue privately between us, rather than take anything public, we have still have not heard back from them, so feel there is no other option other than to make public our experience. It seems our experience is not very different to many of the other reviews posted about this hotel.
