My stay was very good for the most part. When I arrived the lobby was busy. I went to check in and the 1st person couldn't check me in, due to I believe computer issues. The 2nd person also couldn't check me in because my room wasn't ready. She told me they had been very busy the night before. This was after the 3pm check in time. She went and spoke to someone in the back office then told me she would give me a different room. I was given instructions to get to the elevators but they weren't very good. I had to ask a staff member as I didn't make the correct turns. I was confused when leaving the hotel. Even tho I had booked an early morning taxi (4am), I was never told all the hallway doors would be closed. I did go the wrong way as I only spent one night there and wasn't fully familiar with the layout of hallways.

Staff was rude I tried to bring a couple things to their attention only to be ignored, my phone in the room dint work , I asked for help to order room service but he gave me a code to enter into the phone I tried telling him the phone wasn’t working and went back to try to code only to confirm the phone never worked. I asked about shuttle back to the airport and was told rudely go outside catch a bus or cab. I also didn’t like the fact I prepaid for the room in advance by Expedia and never was told I be charge a deposit that’s not included in the fees through Expedia, Expedia claim all taxes and fees included. The room look like a motel 6 room truly not worth the money they charged. Also nobody mentioned you’ll hear fireworks for a good solid 20 minutes, it’s ridiculous when you come off a long flight and want to rest. The beds are hard room was cold, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you were looking for comfort and friendly service.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was super noisy, so I didn't get much sleep - even with earplugs. People were shouting in the corridors, I could hear doors slamming constantly, and the walls were creaking all the time. This seemed more like a party hotel than a place where people stay before flying from Heathrow.
