The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was super noisy, so I didn't get much sleep - even with earplugs. People were shouting in the corridors, I could hear doors slamming constantly, and the walls were creaking all the time. This seemed more like a party hotel than a place where people stay before flying from Heathrow.

Room was clean on the surface but I was afraid to walk barefoot on that carpet. Also, no table lamps on the nightstand. Instant coffee. Ugh. Restaurant food prices higher than central London. Overall, I do NOT recommend, unless you’re desperate. One positive: bed lined was clean and comfortable. So was the bed.

They say they have a shuttle to the airport, but they neglected to say you have to pay for it. The Front Desk people also did not explain that there was an express shuttle and not express shuttle. The express shuttle took about 30 minutes when the express shuttle only took about 15. This hotel is close to the airport and both those times are ridiculous

Excellent gym and convenient location for LHR. Will use again for this reason. However, they should have complementary water in the bedroom. Food in the hotel bar was not great (overcooked meagre burger for high price).

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My stay was 12 days. I don’t like turndown service until I am ready. I would put door hanger on door knob and there was a switch. Someone would still come by and check on you. My shower head was not working properly. I said something and someone came immediately to replace it. It was replaced before I returned to room. I had an electric tea kettle. Cord was less than a foot. It could not reach any outlet except one which was under the tv which was not good. I mentioned it to the wrong person about getting an extension cord but he said they don’t provide anything. I felt I asked the wrong person. A 24 hr McDonald’s is next door. Bus stop is 4 min walk away. Can use hotel hoppa to get to hotel. I definitely recommend!!! 5 out of 5!!!!
