Wonderful service! My room was upgrade upon arrival and they even let me stay an extra hour since I got back super late before checkout and needed the time to sleep. Beautiful place, clean, spacious and the bus stops are no more than a 3-10 minute walk depending on where you’re going. My only complaint was (and this could be a cultural difference) was someone came into my room twice on the day of checkout hours before I was supposed to check out. Her reason was, “I didn’t have the do not disturb sign on.” But I would think you wouldn’t start entering rooms until checkout at the very least. Didn’t spoil the service of the entire stay. Just make sure to have that button pressed so your sleep isn’t disturbed.

The rooms were great — clean, comfortable, and the beds were wonderful for a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, we had major issues with our keys. It took nearly an hour to actually get into our rooms, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. Once inside, everything was fine, but the check-in/key situation really needs improvement

The lead guy at the checkin desk was so helpful in directing us to get the train to city centre and what was the most economical way to do so. Also, the following morning was a little chaotic at the hotel with a very large wedding and three tour buses of people checking out that it made it difficult for our uber to arrive as the buses to Heathrow were very delayed. Lucky he was able to call us a car for hire and we made it to the airport on time and cheaper then the uber would have been. Would stay here again!
