Beautiful room with a spectacular view of the Themes River. Room had every amenity, a beautiful new Hyatt, quiet and lovely. Great Breakfast Buffet! (The construction around them is not their fault, just made it inconvenient driving in for a jet lagged driver from the states!)

Staff were nice. View was mid, river seem kinda dirty. Abit out of the way from major attractions but wasn’t super far. I might have left my brushes behind as I was rushing and called front desk after I checked up, to my surprise they weren’t able to find my reservation. ( I only checked out few hrs ago) and was hoping to confirm I really left it behind, front desk asked for an email but never gotten back to me so that was a bummer. Regardless the room was very clean.

Impeccable facilities and service. Area was 2 or 3 miles from the central part of town, but the Underground station is right there. I prefer that it wasn't as crowded as the real center of town. I would definetely sta there again!

Luxe discret dans un quartier en devenir

Voici une version de ton avis **rĂ©sumĂ©e Ă  1500 caractĂšres (espaces compris)**, prĂȘte Ă  ĂȘtre publiĂ©e sur Hotels.com : --- SĂ©jour de deux nuits en juin 2025 dans ce tout nouvel hĂŽtel, et excellente surprise ! Contrairement Ă  certains avis lus en ligne, notre expĂ©rience fut pleinement rĂ©ussie, digne des standards Park Hyatt. Le hall est majestueux, l’ensemble dĂ©corĂ© avec Ă©lĂ©gance dans un style apaisant et contemporain. Accueil impeccable Ă  tous les niveaux, avec un personnel souriant et attentionnĂ©. Nous avons eu la chance d’ĂȘtre surclassĂ©s dans une chambre d’angle au 13e Ă©tage : spacieuse, moderne, trĂšs bien insonorisĂ©e, avec une vue dĂ©gagĂ©e et une belle lumiĂšre. Le confort est absolu, les matĂ©riaux haut de gamme, et la salle de bain, avec douche et baignoire sĂ©parĂ©es, trĂšs bien pensĂ©e. La piscine est un vrai atout : grande, calme et peu frĂ©quentĂ©e, avec un espace spa agrĂ©able. Seul regret, l’architecture masque partiellement la vue extĂ©rieure. Quant Ă  la localisation, si le quartier de Nine Elms est encore en dĂ©veloppement, il est calme, propre, avec plusieurs commerces et restos. Vauxhall (Victoria Line) est Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied et permet de rejoindre le centre en un rien de temps. En rĂ©sumĂ© : un hĂŽtel trĂšs rĂ©ussi, qui conjugue confort, modernitĂ©, calme et excellence de service. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

It is a very fancy hotel with Thames River

Very kind staffs with luxurious hotel. The cost is little bit expensive but acceptable. There was an issue about refund of deposit. However, it was solved clearly.
