This was what I would call a good budget property. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The price relative to other properties seemed reasonable. It was quiet although if we had been near noisy neighbours we would have heard them. The hot water was sufficient. The staff were pleasant and the location was excellent. The breakfast was sufficient.

Excellent location, very close to Paddington station and stores, pubs etc. Good breakfast. Stayed on the fourth floor but elevator only went to third floor. Tricky navigating narrow staircase with luggage. Very poor soundproofing.
