We chose this hotel for the convenience of a Hotel Hoppa shuttle to Heathrow Airport. The shuttle was prompt and the cost nominal, about $9 USD one way. When booking a room, be sure to choose the option that includes breakfast or that will cost $13.50 GBP extra. Our room for 3 had three comfortable twin beds. Our evening meal of chicken tikki marsala and a curry dish was delicious!

We stayed at the Ibis Budget Hotel near London Heathrow for an overnight layover and were quite disappointed with our experience. The room was very basic, which was expected, but it didn’t feel particularly clean. The overall condition of the space could definitely be improved. The elevator was very slow, which made getting around a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage. The biggest letdown, though, was the breakfast. We paid extra for it, but it was very limited and didn’t look or taste fresh — it definitely wasn’t worth the additional cost. For the price, there are other hotels in the Heathrow area that offer a cleaner, more comfortable stay and better value for money. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose this hotel again

Hotel excellent value for money. Close to Heathrow and ideal for staying the night before an early flight. Room and bedding clean, quiet, air con great. Can't comment on breakfast as had early flight. Airport hopper bus very handy which collects at hotel. Would stay again.

No water was running in Thursday 16th October. I asked how long to fix the water and I was told they were working on it. The entire hotel had no water running in the morning

The hotel was ok. Unfortunately only 1 lift was working so it meant long waits for the lift. There was also a power cut around 4.40am which meant there was no electricity or running water. After a short while the electricity came back on but there was still no running water so it meant I couldn’t get washed before leaving. The hotel said that it has happened before but usually the water pump comes back on quickly. However if this is a regular occurrence then the hotel should invest in a back up generator to maintain the utilities if it happens again so residents are not inconvenienced.

The room was clean. I’m happy the AC works. However it’s very basic. Happy check out was at noon. However if you need late check out, it’s 10 GP per hour. Shuttle bus is extra. Breakfast is also extra. No hair dryer. Ibis hotel in EU provides free breakfast and shuttle but not UK. No water early in the morning. Finally came back on about an hour and a half later. If it’s a one night stay, it’s ok, if you need to be close to the airport. It will serve your basic needs.
