If it’s a bed to sleep on is all you looking for then it’s a good place. Staff was not helpful at all check in process took hours and staff was not very good at communication.

We travelled to Euston station and then got 2 under ground trains and 1 bus to the hotel, it took about 1 hour-1,5 hours to get there. As this was our first time, we did not know the routes so would look into this and plan better next time. We would do this again as we felt that we were able to go into the hustle and bustle of London, and then come away from it into a quieter town. The hotel was clean and the room was perfect for what we needed. Tea and coffee in the room, and the was refilled every day. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The dining room was very busy when we used it for breakfast, and this was cleaned and food topped up constantly. We will be staying here again for our London rips. We stayed for a sporting event, so was understandably busy with other fans.

Would pick the hotel mostly because of location

There was an oder that let's you know there's mold. The carpets and walls need to be washed in the room. My shower drained really slow. The area was not good at all.. very far away from tourist attractions. Not that many food options in the area if you're American. Public transportation is in the area. I took ubers just to feel safer and they were all like 1hour rides to get to a good location. I didn't switch hotels because I had already prepaid and didn't want to spend the extra money.

There is no shuttle service to Terminal 2 until 4am. This is not useful when travelling to early morning flights. Reception was not very helpful on the options of public transport to the airport and just recommended cab service.

I have had a disappointing experience at the Ibis Budget London Heathrow Central. non-opening windows, no wardrobe, no complimentary water, and low-quality breakfast. Next time I will consider hotels like: Premier Inn Heathrow, Holiday Inn Heathrow, Hilton Garden Inn
