The room was spacious, clean, and the furniture/organizational decor was very efficient, as well as thoughtful! The staff was friendly from when we first entered the premises, to the very moment we left. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic! There was so much variety, and it was a big enough restaurant to hold a large amount of patrons. We never had to wait in line to be seated. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just steps away from the London Victoria station. We will most definitely be back, and we will be sure to recommend Hotel Riu Plaza London Victoria to our friends and family. Thank you for making our stay a great one! Until next time.

This is a very nice clean hotel, everything looks brand new. The location is convenient. The room was very nice, clean and modern. The bed was a true king size (for all the Americans/Canadians who might wonder) and it extremely comfortable. The views were amazing from this room, city view. The bathroom was also clean with a good shower. The breakfast was included with my stay and the buffet was extensive! The food was tasty. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. My only glitch was i couldn’t get my phone to connect to the tv to stream. The technician tried and wasn’t able to either. The TV still worked fine and there were plenty of channels to watch. The hotel did send up a glass of wine as a compensation!! I would stay here again.
