I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and the services, along with the breakfast, were truly excellent. The only minor drawback was the distance from central or eastern London, which is where I needed to travel. Improved public transport options in the area would make the experience even better.

Fabulous Stay

All of the staff were wonderful! Very welcoming and friendly, at all times, especially Mohit who checked us in on the first night of our stay! The drinks were astounding and the rooms were very well kept and comfortable! The only slight downside was that the room was incredibly hot, even with the aircon on full so it was a little hard to get to sleep, bur aside from that everything was astounding!

Very nice experience for 2 night stay during New year's eve. Maybe more staff at the front desk to attend to guest checking in/out. And the pool could be a little bit warm since it's freezing and windy outside.

Had a lovely stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Loved the Christmas decorations. Room was comfortable and was decorated for birthday arrival.
