The bathroom could’ve been a bit more clean but the staff was very helpful and friendly - had a layover in London and this hotel was very close to LHR (Heathrow) so it was convenient but their restaurant closed super early so we had to dine at the restaurant inside the Sheraton hotel

Great location - very convenient to LHR and Europcar return lot. Room was large and clean, and bed was very comfortable.

Good for the airport

The food order was delivered wrong but staff were very good in their response. It was extremely clean but our “Executive Room 304” was dreadfully old. I’ve never seen a wall mounted telephone in the bathroom. Neither have I seen pay phones in the lobby for decades. The shower head was so low we had to crouch down but saying that, it was comfortable and spotless and good for one night.

The water was very strange. There were seperate hot and cold faucets, which is fine, but the hot and cold water disnt combine in the faucet. One side of the stream of water comes out scalding hot and the other side of the stream comes out icy cold.

My room was dirty. Bathroom floor was not cleaned from the last person. I found a contact lens on the floor and hair on the counter. When I went to call front desk, the phone wasn’t working so I had to go down to discuss the concern. They apologized and moved me to a different room. So though it was cleaner, they moved me to a room right beside the elevator so it was of course noisier. I could hear every time it was used.
