Our stay was extremely disappointing. We were placed in a room with a dumpster view, constant noise late into the night due to being close to the dumpster, and a dangerous bathroom floor drop that caused multiple trips and stubbed toes. The TV didn’t work, the security chain was broken, and we never received the fridge we requested. All of this was brought to the attention of the front desk staff. A loud party/event ran until close to midnight and staff did nothing when we complained. No heads up was given about the noise and no accommodation was made to help address it. Also, free breakfast was advertised on their own website, but we were denied it due to booking through Expedia, something that was a not clear. This hotel felt uncomfortable, poorly managed, and deceptive. We do not recommend it. Not to mention it’s 1.5 hours away from Heathrow and getting anywhere into the city centre is a nightmare given the location.

Great hotel, amazing staff and in good location far enough away to feel your out of the city but close enough that your not. We had a small issue with the lift but the team sorted this for us professionally and efficiently. Would highly recommend, it was our wedding anniversary and the team did everything to make it special.

We took the C10 bus to our destination or transferred to the underground to go everywhere! Walked up the street to the Barn for breakfast, walked down the street for dinner at the Blacksmith’s Arms pub. Rooms were nice, quiet and had air conditioning!

Great staff, great hotel - brilliant service.

Small mix up with our room and the staff were incredible, we were offered a choice of rooms and complimentary tokens for the inconvenience. The hotel its self is in an incredible location with a complimentary ferry service over to Canary Warf. Staff, Hotel and everything was incredible. From the moment we parked until the moment we left truly fantastic :)

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night, since I would not be able to make a train back home after a concert. The person on check in was polite enough. However, I was unpleasantly surprised to be asked for a £50 deposit. I had no forewarning of this. The staff mentioned something about it being held in case of damage. I have stayed at higher end places and have NEVER been asked for this, so I was taken aback. I didn't have time to argue though since I needed to travel to my concert. I didn't have time for breakfast so I cannot comment on the dining facilities or bar. The inclusive boat ferry pass is useful, but it could use some later hours for the weekend, since after midnight if you miss the last ferry you may be faced with having to navigate a fair walk from Canada Water. The shower was lovely. The bed was incredibly comfy. The fast wireless phone charger was great. However, the room seemed oddly arranged. The fast charger was fixed to the desk far from the bed. There was not a night stand, meaning I had to walk to the other side of the room when I woke up to turn my alarm off. Not an easy feat for someone who wears glasses. I am not sure if the inconveniences are enough to tell people to stay away. But I would hesitate to stay there again.

Hotel a little tricky to get to initially have to use ferry from other side of Thames Easy check in Very quiet at night which was good Lovely view from bar at night but expensive
