Nothing to write home about
7 bus stops from Hayes train station (easy but bus was packed). Front desk did not have our reservation from One key but honored it when I showed confirmation. Hotel is newer but didn’t feel clean (spots on carpet in room, glass door to bathroom not clean, toilet not very clean). Sky bar was cheesy with basic travel food. Lock on door didn’t work to the room. Bed super soft and no support. Value was fine. Location alright. I wouldn’t stay here again personally. Also heat didn’t work in the early morning. 22 pounds for a pre arranged Uber for the airport transfer. Will do the job but not a favorite hotel for sure.
