It was an okay stay. The rooms were nice. The beds were not that comfortable. No water bottles were provided. Due to the private event we were unable to use the hotel restaurant. This should have been made clear at the time of booking.

Overall Good Stay, but Maid Service Non-Existent

Nice hotel, loved the balcony even though it was a little noisy with the street traffic. Overall great stay for our family, but disappointed with room cleaning service. We were there 3 nights, called at 11 am after night 2 to get the room cleaned and were assured all rooms get cleaned Saturday regardless. However, we came back at 6:30 pm to the room not being cleaned. Called again for service and left to dinner to kill time. Upon coming back after dinner 2 hours later with tired kids, the beds were still not change, with only one set of bed sheets (two sheets only) placed on top of one of the beds.
