The hotel is situated perfectly to any areas of interest you may have. They have a beautiful resturant and pub on the premises as well as spa and fitness room. Most important to us was their welcoming doggy friendly atmosphere. The room is spacious and comfortable. We look forward to visiting again!

The location is the best, and it's very comfortable. There were a few minor issues with the bathroom (e.g. shower leak.) The parking is convenient but costs extra; overall it is expensive, but worth splurging.

The hotel is huge and has its own mini plaza with some restaurants, cafes and spa. It is away from the crowds of cannery row which meant there is lots of space to walk. It is 5 minutes walk from fisherman's wharf with some really good restaurants as well as others on the opposite side. We absolutely loved the place and would definitely go back.

Family friendly, good location

Comfortable, family and eco friendly hotel in a good location My disabled husband benefited from the handicapped accessible room. Attractive restaurant (with trees inside) for breakfast (and tasty). When our ceiling fan became erratic, Edgar Santos was on the case and found a solution to the problem. Our grandson loved seeing all the dogs. All in all, a happy place.

Balcony great, but electrical problem

Room was great. We especially liked the balcony and the view. The only downside was that the light above the bed would not turn off completely. We did call the front desk and they offered to send an engineer, but it was late and we didn’t want to deal with that. Still it was bothersome. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!
